THIS IS IT: for the press, get something near 80% of your max press from the floor which is probably closer to about 60% of what you can do from the bench. It’s 30/30s therefore we can go a little bit lighter to be able to maintain good reps. In the work out, if you fail, take off one clean and jerk. At minute 19 we will do max pull ups
