Week 1 Update: Open Battle at Elation
After the first week of the Open, Team Red has taken a slight lead over Team Black — 54 to 46! But with two weeks left, this battle is just getting started.
Remember, there are lots of ways to earn points for your team, including:
- Come to the box for the Saturday Rise and Shine Throwdown where we run heats completing the Open WOD
- Dress up for the weekly theme on Saturday. Week 2 is GO SPORTS! Dress in any sports gear or rep your favorite team
- Social Media posts! Take a selfie in gym swag, selfie with a teammate, selfie with a coach and/or post about your Open workout. All of these count for points if you tag/check-in at CrossFit Elation on Instagram135 and/or Facebook.
- Introduce yourself to a teammate you don't know and find out a fun fact about them!
- Donate to any fundraiser of your choiceees
