REMINDER FOR MEMORIAL DAY!!!

We will be doing the HERO workout named Murph. It is about sacrifice! We will run 2 workouts (both Murphs), 1st at 8:30am then again at 10:00am!!!


Sunday's WOD

3 pull ups

5 push ups from knee G's s

7 1/2 depth air Squats

Then,

20 Wall Balls

20 Box Jumps

20 Sprawl Burpees
