We would like to congratulate Dave “Rooster” Long Sr and Coach Mike on their finishes in the Crossfit On-Line Age Qualifiers!


With nearly 4000 competitors in the Crossfit Games Open, the top 200 were selected to participate in this latest stage, the qualifier, which took place last weekend. Dave finished 115th in the world in his age group, setting a PR in his clean and jerk during this 6 event competition. Coach Mike finished 45th in the world, with a best finish in 19th place out of 200 in one workout!


What a testament to hard work, consistent training/programming and dedication! Elation Nation is so very proud of you both!
