THIS IS IT: Long, nasty sucka!!! Work weight up to ur capacity. You worked power cleans while the partner works the squats and then you switch after you finish the entire 14 rounds. If you fail, go back 2 (bars) lbs and stay for the rounds u would be doing. No cheating on REPS!!!! I’m sure no one does but lock out, elbows thru, GO GET ‘EM N HAVE FUN!!
