THIS IS IT:

Safety 1st, NO ROLLING UR BACK!!

Lunges drive back from heel.

Pull ups - try to do 1 strict each round after 6's

There will be no RX, Squats are based on your one rep max.

NOTE: Please try to land lower on the squat Cleans, but if not, do a Clean and then riding the squat down will be fine. Have fun! Crush it DEHAVENS!!!
