Deficit Push ups (2x25/45)

Burpees

Power Snatches (55/75)

Lateral Bar Hops

Rest 1 min.

***1st Round - :30 sec each movement then rest for 1 minute

***2nd Round - :60 secs each movement then rest for 1 minute

***3rd Round - :90 secs each movement then rest for the rest of the day!!!!
