60 Jumping Lunges / Hole Sit (30 each)
10 burpees each
50 Dumbell Snatches(25 each) (L/R=1)/ deadlift hold (95/135)
10 Burpees each
40m farmers carry : OH barbell Hold (95/135)
10 Burpees each
30 pullups (15 each )/ plank hold
10 burpees each
20 cals Bike/6” Hold
10 burpees each
10 wall walks (5 each)/ HS hold
10 Burpees each
** can start in any station but must then complete in order from that point
**can break reps however you wish (switch every 5 for example )
