50 Devil Dogs (35/50)

40 Box Step ups w/ lbs (15/25)

Ascending Rope Climbs (#1 start)

Ascending (2)Sled Pushes (3 start)

Ascending Tire Flips (10 at a time, #5 start)

30 min cap

*Today‘s workout is true endurance but will use short explosive sets to volumize our oxygen, achieving better breathing over longer workouts. My goal is for you to have fun while we work thru some of our old, less frequently used movements. The goal is not necessarily to go RX for everything, rather stay busy the entire time.
