GOOD NUMBERS over the weekend! Luv it!!!
Heads up - i may be out a few times in the next couple of weeks. I am currently working to get most of the classes covered. Notable (Baseball) schedule conflicts there will b no classes on Tuesday, July 15 ! Thursday July 17 will only have a 9am class. The full schedule of coverages will be posted over the next week or so. Please bare with us through this crazy baseball season (NOTE: this is NOT vacatiion for us, 👍🏻🙂 haha)!! Sorry for any inconvenience, but there will be plenty of classes with some great coaching!!!

12 mins :30/:30’s

Wall walks or HSPU’s
KB High Pulls
Hollow Rocks
Rest 2 mins
Then,
Max Push ups in 2 mins
IDEA: look to pump those shoulders and end with push up pump (engorged!!)
