If you don’t have equipment this is a hard one to do therefore,

Alternative WOD

1-10 Alternate Dumbell Snatches (35/50)

If can’t do standing, do seated Dumbell strict Shouder presses (any way)

10-1 1-arm rows (each arm , (R/L=1)

Then

4- mins any Cardio
