2 mins Power Snatches (65/95)

50 ft OH Walking Lunges (10/15)

ROUND 3 (25/35)


THIS IS IT: Hard core work to start, lunges go slower and tap knee down!

9 mins of Snatching will b tough, keep core tight and many push aways for 2 days.

We will b starting a finisher /closer routine where I give you some extra work for strength to do post work out - NOT MANDATORY!!!

Wed - DB Lateral Raises 4x10 (2 at a time)
