If I do say so myself, what a great long weekend of workouts (lol)!!! Big turnouts and awesome work!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!
Warm up
Lets all start stretching w/ bands. T, V, bow, etc
Cardio for 3 mins - run, bike, row, ski
Jump rope 2-4 mins ( i only got 210 toward goal)
PVC
Medicine ball warm up together (ill show em)
FLOOR BENCH 4x8 - lets pump some iron.
WOD
6 rds 18 mins total
3 mins to complete:
8 OH Squats (75/115) - strong…
2 Wall Walks
4 walking Lunges length (24 ft each) no lbs.
Rest up to each 3 min round
** Can skip 2 lunge lengths to do 50 dubs.
