10 Lateral Dumbell Hops

then,

10 Min. AMRAP OF:

8 1-arm Rows

10 Lateral Dumbell Hops

12 Sit ups w/ a plate Press (or Ball)

then,

10 Min AMRAP OF:

8 Devil Presses (Dumbell ground time OH)

10 Lateral Dumbell Hops

12 Sit up to stand up w/ plate
