We will be closed Sundsy due to weather conditions! I would like you to do this Sunday workout out in the snow and videotape it submitted to us. Fun time.!!!

SUNDAY “HOME” workout::

***3 SNOW ANGELS***

***40 PUSH UPS***

***20 Sit Ups***

***1 SNOW DIVE**^

***20 BURPEES***

***20MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS***

You can get full credit for an in-house workout by submitting a video of you doing any type of work out outside in the snow. You can get double the points if you do the work out above. Out in the snow. You can break it up and attack this out any way that you want to! Just make sure there’s some video! Preferably we would like to see you in a T-shirt and shorts or men with no shirts! Lol. But rooster is away! Because I know he would do it.!!! Have fun. This will be posted again tomorrow.
