Each round is 1 min 30 sec
16 1-arm alternating dumbbell snatches
Max reps burpees over dumbbell in remaining time
Rest 1 min between each round
This is it: Several short AMRAP's in one 20:00 workout! The idea on this is to pick a weight where you can hang on to the dumbbell unbroken throughout and then SPRINT as many burpees as you can in the remaining time for each 1:30 timeframe! Then you get a full minute of rest before starting again. Try to stay consistent on the amount of burpees every round! Have fun with this one!!
