THIS IS IT: leg day!!! (And some shoulders). Keepin it light but hit tha depth! Idea is to try to go unbroken during each movement. The shoulder work is to give the legs a little bit of a break but as you can see it's a bunch there for shoulder endurance gets worked just as much as the legs.
