Hello all, here’s a little encouraging word:

some will be doing MURPH on Monday, I wanted to let everyone know that we will be doing it in observance of the 4th of July! We May or may not be running full throttle by then but we will do Murph. I am scheduling it for Monday and if you do it, do not feel unworthy if you must modify!!!
