6 Unbroken Power Snatches
- Every minute for 8 Minutes complete 6 TOUCH AND GO Power Snatches. Pick a weight that is tough but it must be done unbroken. Should be about 60% of your 1 rep max power snatch.
Then at the 8 min mark, complete a 12 min AMRAP of:
12 wall balls
9 TTB
6 Chest to bar pullups
3 wall walks
